A week ago (Monday 1/9) my 2014 Ford Explore broke, I called for two full days trying to find out what the problem was without a feedback from the dealership. The car sat for 2 days at the same spot the towing truck dropped it off waiting to get a service diagnostic. My mom bought a car here last year from Terry. We loved the service and our salesman so well that I came back this year to buy a car for myself. Terry Wood was very knowledgeable, honest, and great about finding a car for me in a limited time frame. He is awesome to work with and made sure that our buying process was smooth. We'll definitely be back!

I went in yesterday to have a recall on my car fixed. Brandy Watts-Wells was who helped me and she was amazing! Very friendly, professional, and got my car taken care of. My car is back to normal and they corrected the recall and then some other issues as well. Thank you!
