Went here on October 15, with problems with my truck 45 minutes before closing and refuse to help me, they told me there technician was about to get off so they couldn't help me...Wow rejecting a potential customer who do that..I'm like 500 miles away from home needing help....had to go to a part store to get them to diagnose my vehicle problem so sad, but that's OK, drove to Georgia and received the best service from Griffin Ford...Wonderful!! Fixed the problem and gave us a car to go get something to eat while we waited...... read more

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT/BAIT AND SWITCH I recently went to World Ford with my pregnant wife to look at a 2015 F150 that I found advertised for $25,767 on their website (the vehicle is shown in the image provided). I wasted 3 days of my life on this dealership. Day one I go to test drive the vehicle to find out that somebody took the keys home with them (mistake number 1). Unfortunately, from time to time there will be a discrepancy on rebates or discounts that can cause errors from a bad feed. We do have disclaimers on our pricing due to some of these issues that are completely out of our control. Do not purchase a car from here! I have had my car in the shop 4 times for the same problem. It's still not repaired. They have no concern for the customer. Service department is a joke!

I'm sitting here right now 20 minutes into my appointment in the collision department listening to the manager berate his employees for not giving him realistic dates for vehicles to be done. What he doesn't understand is that if he isn't going to take customer service serious, his employees never will.

I couldn't have been any happier with my experience with Marco and the World Ford Pensacola team. As a first time buyer I would have to say that it couldn't have been any better anywhere else. Marco was extremely helpful and did everything he could to make me feel welcomed and to make my experience an unforgettable one! Worst ever...Service department was extremely rude...you have to look like you have money before they will even help you..went in to get an airbag light diagnostic..left ignored and annoyed

I had an excellent salesman Terry. No pressure. I have had my vehicle for over a year and still happy. Service depart also does great
