Terrible customer service from management team. The staff was fine. Was sold a LEMON but they claim its "normal". When is a car that decides to stop moving in an intersection normal? They won't help. Guess the state attorney will.
We bought a new Ford Edge today, our time spent there was great. Our sales rep, Tim S., ensured we test drove and checked out every vehicle we wanted until we found the right fit. Overall in the matter of 3 hours we were able to pick the perfect vehicle. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them next. Best service in town.

If I could rate them with a negative number I would-\-\Very shady place! Bought a car there in August, 4 months later I still haven't received the title. Went to the DMV to try to take care of it myself and was told they couldn't do anything because World Ford hasn't submitted the proper paperwork for my registration or title transfer and that the tag on my car is actually illegal because of this. The level of service at your service department is ridiculous. Between it taking an entire day (with an appointment made in advance) to get my oil changed and a few sensors checked to being told I would have to be without my car for another whole day to get it fixed once parts come in - with no rental - even when it is under warranty!! Where is your customer service? Why do I have to "make a scene" in order to be taken seriously and treated the way you should treat all customers from the start?
