Terry is awesome to work with. He is there before and after the sale. Dean keeps you happy and answers questions after the sale and Dan in the service dept is my go to man. I purchased a 2016 Platinum Explorer in Feb 2016, and have used them for service on my daughter 2008 Mustang and will be looking at a F350 soon. I wouldn't keep going back if I wasn't happy. World Ford keep doing what you are doing with the awesome customer service

Today I purchased a new 2016 Ford Fusion from World Ford Pensacola. I have to say that the experience was a positive one. I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium in 2014 and the experience was positive then also. Marco greeted me and made feel welcome. He was working with another customer so he introduced me to Tim. Purchased an F-350 from Robert just last week. Must say, everyone, from Terry to Robert, to Dean and Adam and Lynn have been nothing but helpful through the whole transaction! I was used to very good treatment at a dealer in New York state, World Fords knowledgable and friendly staff beat theirs by a mile! I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here and will encourage others to do so also!! Thank you so much World Ford!!
My husband and I had been looking all over Pensacola and surrounding areas for a Jeep for quite some time. When we found our perfect used Jeep at World Ford, we were thrilled. They beat our USAA interest rate and Robin Homer was one of the best saleswomen we had ever met. We can't thank her enough. From the initial test drive, to the purchase, to the finance department, it was a great experience. Thank you all so much. We love our Jeep!
Very disappointed with our service today. Planned to buy a 2015 explorer. Instead we felt belittled and ended up at Sandy Sansing Nissan and got an even better deal on the same make and model and outstanding customer service.

Edit : I'll keep my past review below however the service manager called me within the hour and apologized. He also offered a free service visit (expensive for 6.7's) for my trouble. I'll still keep an eye on the service but I do give him a A+ for doing his best to correct the situation. I'm afraid I have to leave a one star review purely from a serious safety risk after service. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked to have my tire pressure checked and adjusted. I get the truck back and check the front, 65... read more
I liked the service center employees, was treated in a professional manner, and the waiting area was comfortable. That said, the sales tream wasn't so great. I wandered the sales floor and the yard a bit with my focus mainly on the new mustangs. Of that time the only approach I received was being asked if I was there for service by one of the sales team standing outside at the corner.
