NO STAR!! I am beyond disgusted with how Ford conducts business! There service department is a joke! My husband's truck we brought to Ford because of the flood originally not to long after the flood. His truck Sat there for over two weeks supposedly being worked on. We got it back he drove it home then to work and on his way home had problems with the rear end.. come to find out they never changed the front nor back yet charged our insurance and us. The carpet in the truck was to be replaced and it was not there was mold all... read more
DO NOT do business with this company or any company owned by Group 1 Automotive. I did construction work on their building and now they are refusing to pay me. There were several other companies that did not get paid, either. They do NOT care about the small businesses in their community!
Thank you thank you to everyone involved with getting our Navigator fixed while we were 800 miles from home on Spring Break! Every single person we encountered was very helpful and most importantly, Nice! Brandy in service was amazing! Also thank you to Tom in sales for being a great distraction from the situation and giving us vacation tips!!

I will never purchase a car from World Ford Pensacola or any company owned by Group 1 Automotive. My husband did a lot of work on their new building and we still have not been paid for it. No one will even return our phone calls or emails. I guess that's how a fortune 500 company keeps getting richer.
