This place is absolutely ridiculous. Just save yourself the hassle and drive to Moyer Ford in Foley, AL. This place had my vehicle for 2 entire days and never even put a finger on it. All I needed was to make sure the problem is a warranty fix so I could get a rental car to get to and from work. I tried to call my advisor Rick MULTIPLE times and left MULTIPLE messages over the span of the 2 days to never get a call back or any type of response. I had a recall issue on my door that has been fixed multiple times to basically be told I have to pay out of pocket for something I don't even know if it will fix the issue. Contact Ford on Facebook who opened a case with Michael Shoecase. Waited a couple of days to see if I would be contacted and did not hear anything from him. I will be sueing you and ford directly or whoever the two for the negative equity of my Ford focus due to selling me a faulty car and not take it back for service even under warranty that I paid extra for. Your salesmen are rude and service people are most rude. I will never ever buy or refer any of my hundreds of friends on social media to any of your 11 locations. Service is inconsistent and rude. Didn't fix it right first time, then refused to look at it again. IT'S UNDER WARRANTY!

We had been in a wreck a hour after arriving in Pensacola we were rear ended. We took the car to World Ford collision center. The man in the office didn't hesitate helping us to make sure that the car was drivable. He throughly went over it and said we were ok to travel back to Louisiana. Thank you guys for reassuring a couple of females on the road.

***** This issue was resolved by Brandy , she was great to deal with && went above & beyond for her customer service ! ******* So I call World Ford Pensacola today because my lug nut key is missing, they leave me on hold for over 5 minutes just to come back and ask me how many miles are on my car . What in the heck do the miles on my car have to do with my lug nut key not being put back after it was serviced ? Needless to say I sat on hold for an unnecessary amount of time just to be told someone would have to call me back. ... read more
