We called and made an appointment to have our Class A Motorhome serviced. We gave very specific details of what we needed - oil change, tires rotated, and a diagnostic for a check engine light. We said that we would need to wait. We were told that all of this could be done while we waited and we checked this information twice. Our appointment was set for 10:00 am and we arrived on time. Right away we are told that they cannot do the diagnostic while we wait but they could do the oil change and tire rotation and it would take... read more

The neglect and care for costumers well being and safety from vehicles sold with known issues is just horrendous they sold me a Ford Taurus knowing that the steering wheel would randomly lock up when driving and has risked my life multiple times and will not fix the problem even though it’s still under warranty they will not even look at it any more

Wanted my time 45 min drive , then wait in waiting area for 45 mins to be told that they couldn't do alignment cause of my aftermarket wheels ! What a joke ! They supposedly aligned it two years ago with same wheels on it ..... what a joke

Took my explorer in for a oil change today without a appointment and waited a total of about a hour ..(not bad for no appointment.. The young man Tim in service was so very polite and knowledgeable he made my visit so plesant

So very disappointed in World Ford of Pensacola. Had bought brand new 2014 Ford Focus, that's a lemon.,Can't get any help with resolving the problems of the transmission. Have the warranty on the car, made ANOTHER appointment for the car to get worked on , on line, was followed up with a call that they would no longer see us and the appointment was cancelled. No explanation. Come to find out our warranty runs out on Monday. They are trying to push us off. They do not have the family atmosphere they boast about. You buy your ... read more

Needed an oil change for our new 2017 F150 & since we’re not from Pensacola, we looked for a Ford dealership near us. Thanks for being able to get the oil changed when we stopped without an appointment! We were in & out in less than 40 minutes! Thanks again

We came in to trade in my husband's F150. First, they offer 8k. Then, we got talking numbers on a truck he was interested in. Magically they can give us 10k(payoff) for our truck, but managed to put that 10k BACK into to invoice they present to us! Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't the fact they are paying off our truck cancel out all together?! We've bought two vehicles from World Ford in the past. We won't be back. Ever. World Ford has awesome customer service!! I got a great price on a set of tires & a rebate on top of that!! The tires were put on in less time than expected. The rebate card came in the mail about 10 days later, even though I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Thank you Brandy for all of your help. I will definitely get all of my tires from World Ford!!
