Let me first say that Rick at World Firs has been a professional doing business with. My '12 Ford Fusion's power steering went out while driving through Milton, FL. I stop by an Auto Parts store and ask for suggestions- they tell me the only Ford dealer/service center was WorldFord but to watch out for their ridiculous costs to repair. I took my car to WF and they recommend I replace the steering gear. I was able to get them down to $1,400 from $1,700 plus taxes. On Aug 31st 2017 i called World Ford Pensacola because i was having power steering issues and it was under a recall. I talked to a service manger i forgot the guys name but he was very professional he set us an appointment to get my car looked at on September the 5th at 9am. I took it in and i was very shocked at how professional the service center was. The sales and service staff at World ford have done a great job for myself and my family in recent years. Last year my parents purchased a new expedition from salesman Marco Barlow. Their experience was such that when I came looking for my next truck I contacted Marco and he got me a great deal on a brand new F-150! I highly recommend World Ford if you're in the market for a new vehicle!

I waited to post this until after I talked to the service manager who basically blew me off with a "we don't do that but I'll look into it and thanks for the call and hung up" my 72 year old dad took his f150 in to have the water pump replaced because it failed. The repair was covered under warranty however they called him and said his truck was way overdue for an oil change and the hoses to the water pump were cracked and leaking so would also need to be replaced ($600) and hoses are not covered under warranty. We wanted to offer this replacement for your peace of mind, since we were already in there replacing the pump. The oil change was also recommended due to mileage and/or old sticker date on the windshield, not the computer which could have been reset in the past. Appointment made for service at 8:15. Arrive at 8:10 and service writer says they won't be able to complete service today? Seriously... why set appointments if you have no intentions in honoring them? I wouldn't go to World Ford for service unless you have a lot of time to waste, don't want any personal service, and you like to be disappointed!
