We were told by World Ford that we would receive a $500 loyalty check when we purchased a vehicle from them more than SIX MONTHS AGO. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks. I have never received the check. World Ford has repeatedly promised that I would get this check. I haven't. Most recently, they told me that I could pick up a check on Thursday. It wasn't ready. Every time I call the service department I speak with Brandy Wells .She is always so helpful and knowledgeable on everything I ask her,Very pleasant person to talk to,u are doing a great job Brandy.

Simply a matter of principle: I purchased a NEW vehicle there, took it in on a scheduled appointment for an Upgrade part replacement. "Nothing was wrong with the part I was asking to be replaced." I paid for the up graded part plus labor. The service writer refused to have my "old removed part" return to me! So just as an example... if I went in to have a new radio installed, at my cost, they could keep the my old radio? In my opinion that's wrong!

Jim K, Lisa, and Adam were all very nice and helped us quickly get into a van afternoon we suddenly had to purchase one due to an accident. We have very special needs for a vehicle and they were very nice to work with.
