Once we got involved with Chris and the entire crew there at World Ford, they were friendly and helpful. At first there was a glitch with the initial scheduling by the offsite call center. Chris took that in stride and made sure that we were completely satisfied from the moment he started handling our repair until the end. The shuttle bus was a life saver, Jimmy and Erskine were wonderful.

It was mid afternoon on a Thursday, my wife and I were on our way to MS from Destin and we stopped on HWY 98 for a late lunch before getting on I-10. RATS! the car wouldn't start. Fortunately we were able to get a jump. World Ford was the closest Ford dealer, we arrived shortly and the service folks were very helpful. They had a mechanic check my car and found the battery was defective.They handled it shortly and had us on our way. We had a great experience at world ford. The sales person was very professional and knowledgeable of the stock. We asked Earl to be looking for a truck for my husband to pull his boat. Just as soon as a great one rolled onto the lot for trade in, he called and my hubby went to test drive. Monday it was ours. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The truck is exactly what we were looking for!!

We were on our way back to Dothan Al after a rough night in the ER with our son in Mobile. We had a flight scheduled to leave Atlanta later that night and our time table was tight. We got a screw in our left rear tire on our Mustang. We explained our tight time table to the service dept and within 45 minutes, we were back in the road again with a new tire! Excellent service and special thanks to all involved!

1st of all I wanna give a big thank you to Mrs. Brandy Watts-wells. She made sure that everything was done in a timely manner. She made sure I had a rental vehicle and I was able to get to the rental vehicle. She kept me informed on everything that was done. To the service department as a whole, all they make sure that my vehicle was a 100% ready whenever they called to let me know what was going on and what I needed to get done. Chris and the guys outside in the service Lane are fabulous! I normally bring my car in on Saturday mornings and end up having to wait three to four hours but this time I brought it in Monday morning and it was done within an hour and a half. Will definitely be coming in on a weekday from here on out! I moved here 3 years ago and have always brought my car in for regular maintenance to World Ford and have always been very satisfied.

As an out-of-towner visiting Pensacola, I was quite pleased at the great service I received at World Ford when I stopped in for an oil change in my F-150. My service advisor, Tim, was outstanding! I may have to arrange to be in Pensacola for my next Ford service -- dealing with Tim made the service process easy!
