Absolutely terrific service! Quick and easy.
They worked very quickly on finding the problem with my car. Fixed it right up and explained everything perfectly.

I took my 05 Mustang in for a recall and they replaced the parts in the time frame they said they would. So I can't say anything negative about them and the donuts were good !
I was traveling through on my way to Florida with my family when my fuel pump went out on a Saturday. When it was going to be Tuesday before one would be in, killing our Disney vacation they took one off of a new truck to put on mine. That was service above and beyond what you would normally ecpect!

Service is impeccable everyone is so nice and the work is first class
The service on the car was good, but this is the second time that I had to wash off all of the grease stains left on my car by the mechanic. My car is white and they show up very bad ! Also the shuttle driver that picked me up at my home when the service was finished, drove his vehicle over my front lawn , and left ruts in my grass that I am going to have to fill in. My $ 389.00 estimate that was quoted to me turned into $ 1000.00 charge when it was all done. I think my lawn wasn't the only thing that got run over that day. ... read more

On vacation in Gulf Breeze when our air conditioning quit blowing cold air. It was Wednesday night and we had a 12 hour drive home Saturday morning. They got us in first thing Thursday morning. They found a broken wire behind the dashboard. We are now enjoying our last day on the beach without any worries about the long drive home. Thanks to the whole service team at World Ford.
