Another sale lost at Hub City Ford. Called Pensacola World Ford and was able to get a great price on my new 2018 F350. Very easy to work with and the closing was just as fast. I highly recommend them!

The service was not great and they did not have a good deal with the customer
5 vehicles in the past 6 years, always hassle free doing business with them. Wes is a real buddy and brings the best experience on car buying.
We bought a Mazda CX 7 and our salesman was Earl and we couldn't be more happier than we are ,he treated us like we mattered and he went above and beyond that day to get us in our car, unlike a salesman prior from another dealership did to us that day. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

Excellent service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Tony (who did my oil change) took the time to walk me through several maintenance items that were apparently overlooked by my usual Ford dealership in Maine.

We bought a used Fusion Hybrid from World Ford a year ago and have had issues with the battery dying as a result of something inside the vehicle staying on after the vehicle is shut off. The service department has been wonderful in trying to troubleshoot the problem. They believe they have finally found it and Ford even covered the part. Awesome team and great customer service!
First of all i got there really early (a little bit before they open) I was the 3rd out of 6 people waiting and I endup being the last person they helped, which it made me feel descriminated. I had a flat tire and went there to replace it, which they did but they broke the valve stem and they didn't tell me or fixed.
