We purchased a 2018 Ford Focus from world ford Pensacola back in February. We have had zero issues with the vehicle. Everyone is always super nice and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership!

Mostly but they really need to check history of car and then they would know if the car has an extended warranty or not. Also check the information that is supplied when the online appt is made.

Great sales team and finance managers!!! Shout out to Robin, Earl, and Jake from state farm(😆) for being professional and making us feel comfortable and un pressured. Thumbs down to the GSM Rick, who lied to us stating that our contract was a done deal, and there wasnt much they could do about bringing the 2nd of our vehicles back to get something better. Needed a wheel alignment and oil change. Phoned and made an appt. convenient for me. Drove in and Katie told me my truck would be ready in an hour and a half. My wheel alignment was covered by the warranty and in an hour and a half my truck was ready to go. Katie and Kim and the rest of the service department true to their word did take care of my truck. Thanks again!
