Recommendedthe sales representative(s) Kyle and Cory were very patient with me. I didn't quite know what I wanted, except for the Taurus. There were none available in your inventory. I shopped around but came back to W F and settled on an Escape. It would have been helpful if one of the sales reps had gone over the features of the car.
