Placed an order for 2 cases of 12 drinks each (24 total). When my package arrived I only received 2 bottles. No customer service number. No way to get in contact regarding a refund or to get the items replaced. Will not order from this company again. Waste of time and money. Very frustrating.

Woot is a scam. Don't order from them. I ordered Beats Ear Buds Pro+. The sent me a defective product that didn't work. I went to their site, found my order & clicked onbit & followed through, just like on the Amazon site, to return the product. Do not do business with Woot.Purchased a TV on September 7th with an estimated delivery date of 9/21. Messaged them on 9/22 asking where my product is. They sent me an automated message stating I would need to contact a 3rd party to schedule a delivery time.
