My order (#********) was placed on 11/27/2023 (cyber Monday deal) with a delivery estimate of 12/4/2023. The order was for 3 piece luggage set that I needed for traveling to ***** on 12/13/2023. After not receiving my order or an update on 12/4/2023, I emailed Woot's customer service to find out what the status of my order was. Woot is a scam. Don't order from them. I ordered Beats Ear Buds Pro+. The sent me a defective product that didn't work. I went to their site, found my order & clicked onbit & followed through, just like on the Amazon site, to return the product. Do not do business with Woot.Purchased a TV on September 7th with an estimated delivery date of 9/21. Messaged them on 9/22 asking where my product is. They sent me an automated message stating I would need to contact a 3rd party to schedule a delivery time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WOOT!! I would give them no stars if I could. Ordered refurbished TV from them through Amazon. Received TV and it was defective. Contacted company and Amazon immediately. Woot wanted us to pay for return shipping when that was not Amazons policy on defective items. Ordered a ******* S801B from Amazon earlier this summer. Unfortunately, the first unit they sent me had a significant amount of static interference when listening to my TV via the soundbar. I went through their troubleshoot process to no avail. I contacted customer service and chose to have a replacement sent to me. If you are not seeing both return labels, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
They sell sub par products. Items can be missing or not work at all. If you dont assemble to find the issue right away then they will not assist in resolving the missing pieces or malfunctioning item.This is most dangerous with off season products that you may buy in the hopes of saving money, but find to be faulty once the time comes to use it.

Woot is guilty of blatant bait and switch. They advertised an item and then shipped out a lower model of that item with less features. Woot automatically issued a credit that was a fraction of the cost spent but did not offer any other recourse short of return (most companies would at least offer a credit to be used on a future purchase so that the buyer is compensated for their time and hassle). I ordered the Ninja IG651 on sale. Before it arrived (after shipment) I received an email that they messed up and sent me the Ninja IG601 instead & they refunded $45 to make up for it. There are a lot of differences between the two & I didn't want the IG601.
