Bought one thing from woot. ** C2 and it came with a large crack right down the center and the packaging was in great condition so either they never checked the product or they sent a broken product on purpose. Sent dozens of emails with no response. Needed them to send *** to pick the package up for the return as the box was large. They did not answer. I had to rent a truck to get the package back to ***. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Woot sold me an 85 inch brick TV. It powers up, it just doesn't work. So I called amazon within 6 hours of receiving the TV. Amazon sent me to Woot. Woot offered some cursory platitudes and asked me what they could do solve the problem. I asked what I should do. They walked me through a reset, which didn't work. What should I do next, I asked. I ordered the largest 360 degree photo booth with case. It was a great deal and couldn't pass it up. What I received was the smaller version without case. The labels even state what i ordered versus what was in the package. This was obvious bait and switch. This was over $200 cheaper than the one I ordered. When I notified Woot, they stated they would give me a partial refund if I kept it of $190. This would still have been more than if I ordered the smaller version to begin with. Caveat emptor. Do not shop here. These people are swindlers of the highest order. The following saga has now consumed three weeks... And Woot still holds my money despite having received returned product and giving promises of refund within 7 days of return + fully refuses to commit to a date when my funds will be returned. I purchased two "Apple *** USB-C Power Adapter + Apple Lightning to USB-C Cable (1M) Bundle" that cost $62.76. They sent me two used items, with visible dirt and scratches. One of the wall adapters doesn't even work. Came DOA. My order history and product page show the item as "Sold by Woot" with "Condition: New," but when I wrote Woot they told me, "I see that this item has been shipped from a third party vendor's inventory." Beware illegal bait-and-switch tactics from this company.

Woot marketed and sold a laptop to me as "new" however they shipped a refurbished laptop. I returned the laptop and expressed my concerns. The returned laptop was received, however, it required a phone call from me to get my refund. This was an obviously bait and switch on the part of Woot and has caused me to loose all faith in Woot, and being a part of Amazon, that causes me to loose faith in Amazon as well. Don't buy from Woot as it can not be trusted to sell what it advertises.

Woot is worst seller ever, I bought a dehumidifier from Amazon and seller was Woot, this unit got an error after less than of 6 month usage and still under warranty, I contacted woot, they asked me to contact the manufacturer as my unit is still under warranty. I contacted the manufacturer and they said woot is not authorized seller of their product. I believe that Woot.com Woot LLC has turned into a Sham! I have ordered from before and had no issues until recently. I ordered two AC Units from Woot, and they arrived. One works well and the other does not. I have made several attempts over the last week via email and their CS number and have gotten nowhere. I do get email replies for either checking the warehouse for a replacement or offer a refund, I have requested either or and then get no reply. I ordered a two pack of sweatshirts. The day they arrived I tried one on and realized that their sizes were off. I Immediately tried to initiate a return and was informed that it was too late to return the product. How can it be to late when the return was requested on the day the package was delivered. Tried working it out but to no avail. Do not buy from Woot. Customer service is terrible. They do not care about the consumer.
