Woot is worst seller ever, I bought a dehumidifier from Amazon and seller was Woot, this unit got an error after less than of 6 month usage and still under warranty, I contacted woot, they asked me to contact the manufacturer as my unit is still under warranty. I believe that Woot.com Woot LLC has turned into a Sham! I have ordered from before and had no issues until recently. I ordered two AC Units from Woot, and they arrived. One works well and the other does not. I have made several attempts over the last week via email and their CS number and have gotten nowhere. I ordered a two pack of sweatshirts. The day they arrived I tried one on and realized that their sizes were off. I Immediately tried to initiate a return and was informed that it was too late to return the product. How can it be to late when the return was requested on the day the package was delivered. Tried working it out but to no avail. Do not buy from Woot. Customer service is terrible. They do not care about the consumer.

What a terrible company. Product ordered on 31 Jan on the Amazon site. Now it is 7 Feb and a tracking number was generated, but UPS has still not picked the package up. Scam alert. Never ever again will order from Woot. What a sham company.

I purchased a Fridgedair dehumidifier. When I plugged it in on the first day it was defective. When I called Frigidaire customer service they wasted no time in saying send it back. That made me curious as to why they didn't ask more questions or to try to see if it was user error. They didn't even ask. It appeared they knew they had problems with this piece of equipment. I have been trying for the past 4 days to get a Return Shipping Label, and I keep receiving the run around. I was told by Woot to check my spam folder, but nothing is there. Then I was told that the shipping label was sent to my UPS.com email account, in which that account has been closed for 3 years. Ripoffs disguised as deals with no support. Bought a refurb that went on sale hours later brand new for the same price and can't cancel without some unknown shipping cost.

I ordered a jacket and it came in with a defective zipper and missing decals - that was shown in the picture - customer service is nonexistent - no phone number or chat & after 5 emails - no response - stay far away from this company!!! - I will have to call my bank and dispute the charge

On Oct 13th I ordered a set of Sony WH-1000XM4 Refurbished from Woot. They were quick to get them out and I received them a few days later. When I opened the box the box was labeled as containing XM4s but upon opening the case I discovered that the headphones them selves were the older XM3s. I wanted to get a 1:1 replacement but in trying to get CS to do this they asked me to wait 2 to 3 business days.
