Bought a water bottle from them. It just never came. I messaged them 4 times and they would respond, but never replied back. So the 4 times I explained I didn't get my bottle and I wanted a refund. They would reply saying they couldn't cancel the order and then wouldn't reply to my "but I never got the item". Finally after the 5th time they refunded me. ****** is way easier to deal with and then woot. First and last time ever using them. very disappointed

I bought a refurb 2021 Macbook Pro. I got it set up and all, when I went to look into the specs as to why I had run out of space on 1TB, I realized that it was a 512GB model. They had sent me the wrong one! I reached out to see what could be done and because I had bought it this past summer (it's Oct), they were unable to help me. But the fault is in the company, I am very unhappy with this assessment.

Woot-owned by ******-was the seller of my Coolblus AC unit. So 5 weeks ago the unit started shutting on/off unexpectedly for no reason. Sometimes it would turn back on. Other times I would need to turn it back on. I sent messages to the manufacturer due to the product having a 12 month warranty. Manufacturer located in *****. No response after 3 messages. Order #******** When I received the order it was incorrect. I ordered a size large and received a size small. I ordered the color combination blue/green and received the black/grey combination. This was my first time purchasing from them and I am very disappointed. It's even more frustrating when you can not talk directly to customer service. I tried to return using the online option but says it can't be returned. Doesn't make sense.

I've been working with an Associate Vending Manager for approximately 2 weeks now and they excel sheet to enter my products to sell was quite tedious. I got through it and listed all of my Items and we went back and forth on pricing and thought we came to an agreement but then she ghosted me. I purchased a cordless vacuum from amazon. In just six months the cordless vacuum/ electric floor nozzle stopped spinning. First I tried to contact the company ***** with no response, though the booklet that came with the product says there is a two year warranty. Ordered two t-shirts (order #********). I studied the size chart very closely for measurements prior to ordering. They arrived pretty quickly. I removed them from packaging and laughed but measured anyway. They are ridiculously small and about 6 wider and 6 shorter than stated in size chart. Didnt bother trying them on. Emailed Woot and it says theyll reply in ***** hours. 72 hours later and 2 emailsno reply. So while I spent not much, its more than Im willing to just give to scammers.
