Woot has good products with great prices. I ordered an item, waited, delivery date past, emailed twice with no response, two disconnected calls. I contacted ****** Pay who let me know it had been "lost". My tracking number with Woot was inoperable so ****** had to track it. Woot never let me know that I would not receive my order. I just called a third time with the number provided on BBB and was disconnected yet again. A company not to be trusted or affiliated with.

During The Holiday Return season or **************** phone line is unavailable due to high volumes. Your two initial emails were received by us on 1/17; we responded on 1/18 stating that we had created a replacement for the lost item. The replacement is currently out for delivery today, 1/21. If you are not seeing our email responses, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
************. Order a new keyboard from them. Received a used item.( opened sealed outside. Missing parts inside. ****** return label was on the box.) contact customer service for the replacement or refund. no response at all. Contact the Credit card for the dispute. Please check the reviews before you buy anything from woot.

I ordered a two pack of ****** ******** Oil And received some counterfeit brand that is nothing resembling what my order reflected. There is no way to contact these people aside from sending a message through their website. I sent a message with no response twice, not even an emailed confirmation to me showing that they got my message. Im very upset right now and want a refund for order #********.

I ordered a smart self cleaning litter box for over 300$ four months ago. It stopped working a week or so ago. The instructional manual it comes with says it has a one year warranty. This is entirely too expensive to stop working after a few months. Woot will not email me back or answer me back. They are incredibly hard to reach.

I purchased what was advertised on woot.com as a NEW IPhone-15 for $657.19 on Oct. 2, 2024. Their description of the IPhone stated the following... "Hey, you there!
