Woot sold me four (three month) Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes and only one of the four codes worked so I got fleeced on about $150. My order was Order #********. These passes have no expiration. I'm a US customer and use my Amazon Prime memebership to sign in and purchase from Woot ******************** It appears Woot sold me passes from a foreign country that won't work for customers in the **. Poor quality product, question if a knock off. I ordered Vionic shoes on ******, fulfilled by Woot. Within ~ 3 wears over a few months the inside seam ripped and they are not wearable. For $100 I would expect the usual Vionic quality and service. Beyond frustrating and disappointing. Not resolved, more or less just a sorry Unfortunately we are unable to locate your order with the information provided. Please let us know the order number and we can assist you further.

Have a problem with 2 orders one got misdelivered customer service stopped replying when ****** wouldn't help then another came in an empty box haven't heard back from woot on this but dont order from them the "great deals" aint worth not getting what you ordered! Having to charge back and dispute is ridiculous this should be something woot handles themselves.

Extremely Disappointing Experience No Accountability from Woot!I ordered a bundle of Xbox digital codes from Woot! which initially appeared valid and unredeemed. A few months later, five of the seven codes failed showing as already redeemed or region-locked. I contacted Woot! support promptly and followed all their instructions, including providing screenshots as proof.They sent me replacement codes, which were also invalid. Purchased xbox codes for Christmas. Codes were only sold for 3 month increments, so bought 2 cards, for a total of 6 months. 1 code worked, the other code was invalid because it was for another country. I contacted woot, but was advised that since it was more than 30 days, the return period was over. It's kinda hard to use a 6 month subscription within 30 days to see if it works. A code for another country should not have been sold to me in the first place.

Never ever shopping here ever again. The worst customer service Ive ever seen! I ordered a Nespresso pack off Woot and what they sent me was the completely wrong product . I reach out to them and they took several days to respond initially saying they could issue a ***lacement, after confirming being okay with a ***lacement, another *** reaches out the next day to alert me that they sold out and are graciously offering me a free return label to return the wrong product they sent in order for me to get my money back. Like several others I also purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes from WOOT. Order #********. Out of the 4 codes I purchased, one code worked just fine (ironically enough it was the first I used), 2 others showed the regional error, and one showed as already being redeemed. I reached out to customer service and got a generic apologetic email, that asked me to go into further detail about the issue and to provide screenshots of the problem. Mostly a scam, I purchased a switch oled marked as new, but arrived in a tattered box. Eventually product stopped working and upon requesting service with ******** they stated product is past original warranty. Post that I was able to *** product back to woot and they noted refund was processed to ****** pay. These two kept me bouncing between each other. At the end neither i got product nor the money, I wish I had donated those 350$ instead of being scammed.

Bought 2vXbox gamepass codes from them. Tried to use both and they indicated that I was in the wrong region. I had previously purchased a ******** code 3 months prior with no issue.I verified with ********* my region settings. They were correct. I saw on Woot's forums that this was a common issue of late.
