Ordered a product from Woot! and was sent the wrong item and charged for it. After a bunch of emails back and forth, Woot! finally admitted their mistake (they did it to a bunch of people) and authorized a return. Poor quality product, question if a knock off. I ordered Vionic shoes on ******, fulfilled by Woot. Within ~ 3 wears over a few months the inside seam ripped and they are not wearable. For $100 I would expect the usual Vionic quality and service. Beyond frustrating and disappointing.
