Woot customer service is a big fat ZERO! ********************** does not provide a customer service contact number. They do provide Woot customer service chat option. They tell you it may take a day or two to answer your question or problem and they do follow up in a day or two. So I search for WOOT company phone number and they provided one - when you dial it it starts ringing like it is going to a phone except it never picks up. I purchased a cordless vacuum didnt last not even 4 months. Contacted the company thru email a couple of times to be told they dont offer any replacement parts. ****** should stop using this awful company. Their customer service *****. ******** customer service. I have been trying to make a return for over a month. My email address is tied to my college email, which no longer exists. Return labels are sent to your email which is horribly inefficient. It took about a month to get them to call me and send me the label.When the label came, it was rejected by ***. Ordered a product from Woot! and was sent the wrong item and charged for it. After a bunch of emails back and forth, Woot! finally admitted their mistake (they did it to a bunch of people) and authorized a return. A day or so after they received the return, the order record states that it was refunded. Unfortunately, I still have not received a credit to my charge account almost a month later. No customer service help. Runaround since 7/28/25, still no conclusions as of today 8/25/25! All that I needed was them to schedule a *** pickup.! Phones go straight to a busy signal. Haven't heard back from customer service since 8/19/25! This is $200 not a $.99 tube of lipstick! Never again!!
