Ordered a Xbox GAMEPASS card on 12/5/2024 , expected delivery 12/17/2024. Still no card , no tracking information, no nothing . Tried emailing them 3 separate times now and still no reply. I ordered a two pack of ****** ******** Oil And received some counterfeit brand that is nothing resembling what my order reflected. There is no way to contact these people aside from sending a message through their website. I ordered a smart self cleaning litter box for over 300$ four months ago. It stopped working a week or so ago. The instructional manual it comes with says it has a one year warranty. This is entirely too expensive to stop working after a few months. Woot will not email me back or answer me back. They are incredibly hard to reach.

I purchased what was advertised on woot.com as a NEW IPhone-15 for $657.19 on Oct. 2, 2024. Their description of the IPhone stated the following... "Hey, you there! Woot is a scam. They have no customer service number. They sent me a damaged tv and authorized an *** to schedule a pickup. They never came and woot hasn't responded to a dozen emails. I disputed with the cc company and am letting that play out. They will go under. Embarrassing move by ****** to aquire this dumpster.
