I ordered pants online which I was told to order 1 size larger than i normally wear as they were made of a stretch material. Received the merchandise I ordered and found that it does not fit. I cannot find how to return this order on the company's website and there are no phone numbers to call for customer service. The purchase order is XXXXXXXX. Cannot actually receive a refund even within the 30 days of their required window. I am just stuck with the item. Will never order from Woot again. Ever. Avoid at all cost.

Same exact issue as per the individual who posted below me. Just received notification of a $80+ charge. Never heard of this company and there is NO WAY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM! I am going to file with the authorities to have this company/website investigated and SHUT DOWN! They are running a scam across the board! No way in **** should anyone be allowed to get away with this! If they are connected to Amazon, trust and believe Amazon needs to be looked at as well!

Zero stars if I could. They tried to charge me TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS and I have NEVER ordered a single thing from whatever the **** this company is. Trash company and now I need to replace my debit card.
I ordered a home stereo system from them (from a third-party) that ended up being defective after a week. Had a very convoluted email chain (they gave no phone or chat customer service so it's very prolonged) that eventually led to returning it for a supposed full refund (they did give me a partial refund before I made the decision to return, but only about 10-20% of the cost). With the upcoming food shortages, we bought 3 boxes of disaster meals, 12 meals per box. After trying one as a test for the future, I saw the expiration date. I went to the manufacture's web site and found the date code translated. The meal was manufactured on Jan 7, 2017. Based on the manufacturer's expiration chart, the meal should last 40 months which means the meals had expired before we received the product. We tried calling Woot and their mailbox is full. They had a issue with their website. So the items advertised isn't what you got. Then when I emailed customer service ( because that's the only way you can contact them) after a few emails exchanges I was left with more questions then answers. I was also told there was nothing more they could do. When in fact they did nothing from the start. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone who cares about the customer even a little. It's worth the money you would have "saved".
Placed an order with 2 day shipping in November 2019. It never shipped, and is stuck in a status saying they will update my shipping date when available, WHEN AT THE SAME TIME they are selling exact same product with 1 day shipping FOR A HIGHER PRICE. Come on! This company practices shady business practices and needs to be investigated/punished/censored.
Shady business with a lot of broken junk not worth looking at. I ordered an item and it took them about a week to send me a refund because it went out of stock and they couldn't know...No customer service, any other place is better than this.
