I would truly recommend staying away from Woot. So far 2 out of the 3 items expensive I have ordered have been damaged when they arrived. Also, I have been unable to reach out to them by phone. They have a feature where they ask you to type in your number so they can call you, but when I type my number in it says my number is blocked. After some research I found their corporate number, but after calling several times, all I managed to get is a message saying their voicemail is full. Purchased a PuraSleep Carbon Comfort Foam Topper from the Woot! site on August 22, 2017. I never received my order, but my credit card was charged. Completed a customer service request that said I should get a response in 24 hours, but I never got a response. I did another request this morning. I'd like to be able to speak with someone, but they have no phone number listed anywhere on their site. I never had any other issues with orders from Woot! before. Purchased a 50 pack of refurbished golf balls from the site. Delivery was 12 golf balls. I went to my account, made them aware that they shorted my by 38 balls. There response was "sorry" but you'll have to send those in for a refund because we no longer have what you originally ordered. I was told I'm "welcome to return for a refund"..... what's my other option here? Paying $55 for 12 golf balls?? Bought a refurbished iPhone from woot. It was all fine and good until I tried the blue tooth, didn't work. Tried several work arounds to resolve this issue. It wasn't something I couldn't live without, just annoying. Turns out the GPS was completely unusable as was the hotspot capability. I e-mailed them seeing what my options were, they sent me a return label no questions asked. That was cool, until they kept $50 of my refund. No explanation. I wanted to exchange it, not lose $50. They lost a customer today.

My child received a phone for Christmas. We saved 200 dollars on it. I was not aware of a hidden 21 day or else no refund policy. All i saw was the pretty holiday banner showing we had till January 31!! Do not buy pricey electronics or you will be stuck with something no one else wants! I will from now on take my business elsewhere! I would dispute if i could. I am saddened that this was the first purchase my husband and i had any issues with.
