Their billing practices are the worst Ive ever experienced. I checked in 1/29 and was scheduled to check out 3/23 but Im actually checking out on 3/22. I made the front desk aware this on 3/17; was never even told about a rate adjustment; Im being charged $567.00 for a four night stay AND supposed to have had military discount applied. Supposedly a rate change because Im checking out a day early.Do your self a favor and dont even use this hotel; youll never know what youre paying until it shows up on your credit card. today Saturday march /19/ 2023 ... around 2:30 AM...i was sleeping...a guy and girl just walk to my room...and they do have key to get in....I called 911.

Worst place ever . Booked the room through Priceline 2 weeks in advance only to be told by the manager that he didnt make any money off Priceline and that he didnt have a room to accommodate 3 guests which was clearly noted in the reservation. He was rude and basically said he did not care about the online customers and that he caters to his street customers. Less than one star hotel with poor maintenance mult severe safety issues. False advertising on website rates changes higher than quoted. No breakfast as advertised exposed electrical wires broken cracked tubs that could cut p*** still on commode lids very dirty with body secretions very drug use environment maujuana smoke throughout halls fire alarms going off all the time do they turned it off

Its a good place to bring the family. The staff is awesome and friendly. I give it 10 stars my wife gives it 12 stars as we two were in the industry ourselves.

Tear it down and start again. The first room I got was on the first floor and there was water all over the bathroom floor. I went immediately to the lobby and complained. They gave me a room upstairs. My reservation was completely changed from two beds to one. I had to sleep or attempt to on a pull out chair. I had to wipe it down incessantly. The photos on the website are no where near. It's all false advertisement. When my son and I attempted to leave, we noticed the door wouldn't lock on its own. Basically the door could ... read more

Myself and other guests waited over 2hrs for front desk to figure out the issue. All guests was told to sign in manually on a paper with copy of card/Id including name,signature. They accommodated me room #*** and waived $100.00 deposit which from my understanding we received back after checkout. Horrible employees! **** in the front desk accused me of hitting her car and refused to let me in my room for my belongings. She kept cursing and screaming all crazy! Overall the cops were called and she has mistaken my car with another one. This place is horrible and all the reviews are bad, they all complain about the dirtiness of the hotel and how the employees are crackheads and wanted to fight guest there once. This place needs to be shut down since its so unsanitary and that crazy lady ******* needs to be fired!

This was a filthy disgusting hotel. The smoke detectors are covered with trash bags, mattresses stained with god knows what. carpet stained, drawers broken, The most nasty hotel I have ever seen. Getting a refund after I quickly looked at the room is very difficult. they are still holding $50 of my refund
