Doctor Alleman and all the staff are awesome I would not go anywhere else
My son is 13 months old. My first pediatric eye experience. Everyone was pleasant and I was greeted warmly. The children's play area was well designed and both my kids loved it.
Excellent dr. Took his time explained everything. Go back in year.
I talked with the lady on the phone named Angie and I told her what I needed done I was trying to set up an appointment and she was completely rude to mean the way she talked to me was as if she was better then everyone I won't bring my business to a place where the staff is mean and if that's how they treat new customers then I feel ashamed for them I will be telling. All my friends not to go here
It seemed like every patient was wheeled to door but made my mother walk . Other that that it was a good experience
Staff are very knowledgeable and very easy to discuss issues with.
All other staff was friendly. Dr Cassidy not. He doesn't listen to what's going on and despite field of vision results "hears" only what he wants. If his rough measurements are the only thing that matters why bother with the all the other tests?! So I guess we wait until the issue becomes severe and then see if there is any way to go back in time and correct it.
I have been very pleased with every visit there - professional, customer service excellent, Drs. excellent.
The staff is very nice and polite but the service is slow. We had a 830 appt and didn't see the actual doctor until almost 10am. If we are late to an appt then we get charged, their time is precious, what about my time? I run a business myself and being in a waiting room for over an hour is not a very efficient way to spend my precious time. Other then the long wait time I had a pleasant experience. The staff has a great bed side manner and remained very professional.
