Accompaning my 93 year old aunt to her appointment. Everyone from the front desk, to the techs, to the Dr. Are just wonderful. So kind and understanding. She's being treated for macular degeneration and is very apprehensive before every visit. She is soon put at ease and is in great spirits before we leave.
The people are awesome. The wait time, not so good
I've never been a patient here but they keep robo-calling my phone number with messages telling me that I have appointments at their clinic. I've asked them to remove my phone number from their system but the calls keep coming.
It's a great place and very professional! I only wish the outcome of exam gave me better news!
Everyone was very nice. The only issue was how long I was there but other than that it was a good visit.
I had PTK eye surgery, which I had done on my other eye twice by two different doctors. The two previous events' recovery was painful and lasted 3-4 weeks. The surgery Dr. Rauen performed went just as he predicted. The recovery was only 1 week with the last 4 days only mild annoyance of not seeing clearly because of the healing contact he placed the second day.
