Terrible! Very rude! If you have a problem after surgery they do not care. They only want youre surgeon to see you if there is a problem and they don’t care if he can’t see you for a month. Hopefully my vision won’t suffer permanently from this!
My mother just had the first of two cataract surgeries at Wolfe yesterday. One day later she is already thrilled with the results! Everyone was extremely friendly yet professional. She said she can't wait to go and get her other eye done in a couple of weeks.
UPDATE TO REVIEW 2/14/18 - Thank you to Jeanette, the Office Manager for taking my concerns seriously and contacting myself and my husband regarding out last experience. Jeanette was quick to rectify the previous situation and I did decide to try Wolfe Eye Clinic one more time. What a completely different experience today. This is the best place. Very courteous pleasant staff. Treated my brother very well, and fixed his eyes right up.
11:30 appointment, arrived 15 minutes early at their request, now 1:17 and haven't seen a doctor yet. Not a very good first impression.
