Went to eye care of iowa on May 15th. They referred me and made my appt at Wolfe eye clinic for JUNE 19th. Wolfe then rescheduled me for JULY 31 and then AGAIN rescheduled me for AUGUST 21st. SMH. I understand scheduling conflicts but this is unacceptable!!!!
As scary as our experience was, they made us very comfortable and answered all our questions
Dr Saggau is the best! I get injections regularly at the West Des Moines location.
Thanks for telling me my insurance was accepted at Wolfe and then later sending me a bill because you don't accept insurance from that provider. Definitely won't be coming back for a repeat visit. Next time, make an effort to call the insurance provider rather than saying everything is alright.
