David is a great person and he inspected house really good, he inspected everything and minor things in detailed. I really recommend him. Thumbs up!!

The inspection was very detailed and informative. It was done in a very fast manner. I had the report in a day, yet the report was very detailed with many pictures and explanations. His summary was very helpful and pinpointed the main issues of the house. I would definitely recommend this service to other people and would return when the opportunity rises. He was also very professional throughout.
David Wiser did a fantastic inspection on our future home. He was extremely thorough, detailed, and took the time to answer any questions that my realtor or I had. He also made sure to go over his inspection and review the photos he took with us before he left - which I greatly appreciated. Dave did an excellent job with my home inspection. He was on time, diligent, thorough, very professional, and made sure I fully understood all of the items noted on his report. The write up was detailed, clear and contained photos for easy identification of the issues. Dave knows the codes like the back of his hand.
