Wow, I was blown away by David's level of detail. I found David by searching BBB and saw he had a stellar BBB rating. In talking to him and working with him, I was floored by his level of professionalism, timeliness, clear communication, and overall integrity. You will not be disappointed. The thoroughness of his inspection process and visual and written documentation was so helpful in making sure that our family knew exactly what needs to be fixed, what the sellers should fix, and gave us overall confidence. Amazing!
