David is very thorough in his inspection. He methodically went each and every room, closet and bathrooms. He checked our attic and climbed on the roof to check the roof as well as vents. He checked the level in all rooms and bathrooms to make sure foundation has not settled or not uneven. Definitely, will highly recommended for home inspection.

Mr. Wiser is a true professional. So, many are not. He is a man of his word. He does quality review of the property for multiple hours and is very thorough. He has done our church purchase in 2017 and has just done a pre-purchase for a home for us. Will not fudge or tell you he what he does not know but, gives other referrals for specialty work like Well and Sewer. He is so timely it is like you blink and the most thorough report is there. I highly recommend him for any inspection you may need.

David did an excellent job with my home inspection. He was on time, diligent, thorough, very professional, and made sure I fully understood all of the items noted on his report. Dave is highly professional and extremely thorough with all of his inspections. I recently used Dave for the second time on a new home. Mike S I received a very detailed inspection report that included pictures and comments to thoroughly explain the issues. Beyond this were recommendations on follow up work that should be conducted by certified specialist contractors. Report was received the day of the inspection at a very reasonable price. I would hire this gentleman 7 days a week and twice on Sundays! He is the MOST THROUGH inspector I have ever dealt with. His reports are extremely detailed and easy to understand with color pics and arrows pointing out details. Also very affordable and a very pleasant person to do business with.
