David performed an inspection of the property we are buying and has done an extremely thorough and professional job. He took the time to discuss some of the points he was putting in the report and I found him to be very knowledgeable of all aspects of the home. I would hire this gentleman 7 days a week and twice on Sundays! He is the MOST THROUGH inspector I have ever dealt with. His reports are extremely detailed and easy to understand with color pics and arrows pointing out details. Also very affordable and a very pleasant person to do business with.

The inspection was very detailed and informative. It was done in a very fast manner. I had the report in a day, yet the report was very detailed with many pictures and explanations. His summary was very helpful and pinpointed the main issues of the house. I would definitely recommend this service to other people and would return when the opportunity rises. He was also very professional throughout.
