I would highly recommend Mr. Wiser to anyone who is looking to get their home inspection done. He was so kind enough to squeeze in some time to do our inspection on a weekend (not something he offers to anyone). He provided us the inspection report within few hours. We were thoroughly impressed by the detailed and scrupulous report that had pictures with markups and comments which made it really easy to understand. I was very impressed with how meticulous and knowledgeable Mr. Wiser is. The report he sent me within hours of completing the inspection (which included photos of all areas he inspected to illustrate the problems) is very useful for getting bids and also letting me know exactly what needs to be done. Such perfection is hard to find in today's world! I highly recommend him!!!
David was the inspector recommended by most of our neighborhood. Very pleased and satisfied with his service. He was very accommodating, since I didn't have much time at hand for my warranty inspection. He was very detailed and thorough and also patient enough to answer our queries and doubts . David was very meticulous and thorough with his inspection on my new build home. He also spent time explaining things that I did not understand. He was very quick with sending a very full report of my home with things that needed attention, but also included somethings just for my information. Highly recommend David!
