Great and very detailed!
David was very meticulous and thorough with his inspection on my new build home. He also spent time explaining things that I did not understand. He was very quick with sending a very full report of my home with things that needed attention, but also included somethings just for my information. Highly recommend David!

I asked around and got David's name from the list of recommendation. My initial query with him was responded with transparency, and in depth understanding of how he does his inspection. No rushing, but very thorough and dedicated throughout the inspection period. He answers questions you may have. He delivers the inspection report on the same day. He is very professional. No doubt, we are happy with his service. Highly recommended I must say.

David is a wonderful inspector! He is very thorough, reliable and commited to his clients to provide quality service. I really appreciated that he was so accommodating when I needed his services last minute. Furthermore, his inspection reports are very detailed and easy to read and understand and included pictures as reference. I would highly recommend David to my friends and family!
David was able to get our inspection done on a weekend. We had a detailed reports with pictures within 4-5 hours. I also had to call a few times and was able to get to him instantly, no need to leave a voicemail wait a long time for a response. I'm very satisfied with the report and the customer service!
David is by far the best inspector that you can get. He is extremely thorough and will talk to you as long as needed to explain his findings. His knowledge and expertise seems boundless. I wish there were more stars to than five for this review.
