David is a wonderful inspector! He is very thorough, reliable and commited to his clients to provide quality service. I really appreciated that he was so accommodating when I needed his services last minute. Furthermore, his inspection reports are very detailed and easy to read and understand and included pictures as reference. I would highly recommend David to my friends and family!
David was able to get our inspection done on a weekend. We had a detailed reports with pictures within 4-5 hours. I also had to call a few times and was able to get to him instantly, no need to leave a voicemail wait a long time for a response. I'm very satisfied with the report and the customer service!
David is by far the best inspector that you can get. He is extremely thorough and will talk to you as long as needed to explain his findings. His knowledge and expertise seems boundless. I wish there were more stars to than five for this review.

David did an amazing job in inspecting our soon to be house. He made sure we understood the issues the house had and included pictures through out the report. He was there an hour before the appointment and we also received the report the same day. I would recommend his services to those around me. He gets things done correctly and for a good price.

Mr. W**** performed a home inspection for me in Pearland, TX in May 2018. He was easy to communicate with and completed a thorough inspection. I received the report the same day as the inspection as promised. He also was very good at explaining the inspection process as we went through the property.
