I just moved here from Oklahoma. I must say Mr Wiser is the best I have seen in inspection of homes. Very thorough and very nice.
The inspection report that we received from David regarding our new home purchase in Spring was incredibly thorough. I had my father in law - a builder - review the report and he commented that it was one of the most thorough and meticulous reports for a house that he had ever seen. David was also able to squeeze us in at relatively short notice, and his pricing was very competitive. Mr Wiser was extremely professional and did an excellent job inspecting the house we are considering purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the steps as he performed the inspection. His pricing was reasonable and the Final report was provided to us in a timely manner.

Very thorough inspection and explained in terms I could understand! Would recommend him to anyone needing a good home inspection!
