I highly recommend David *****! He did a thorough job inspecting a house I bought. Due to his report, I was able to ask for a price reduction. He explained his report thoroughly to me and answered me questions! His rates are one of the most reasonable too!

My spouse and I went away to Mexico this past week, and we were referred to use Wiser Inspections from our realtor. Once he finished the inspection report, he sent us a DETAILED report by email. We definitely appreciated the time David Wiser took to inspect our first time home thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for an inspector who takes their time and shows quality work!

David was punctual and very professional. In his report, there are color pictures to provide better understanding of the issues. He also responded to my questions promptly with clear explanations. I would recommended David to anyone who needs his expertise to detect issues before making the final decision on the purchasing property.

Home buying is a stressful and complicated experience, but David at Wiser Property Inspections has been one of the most positive interactions I've had thus far in the home buying experience. His rates are extremely reasonable and below the competitors. He is personable, easy to work with, and was readily available to answer any of my concerns and questions. He has a very quick turn-around time on his reports (same day) and they are very thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring a home inspection.

I was referred to David Wiser by a friend who had recently used his services. From the get go, he was honest and open about how he does his work. He was very professional and I appreciated every bit of it. He got to the property earlier than he said and he went inside through the entire house and the outside and provided a very detailed inspection report with pictures. Dave did a great job. To begin, I emailed him on a Sunday and received a quick response. After the initial response, the inspection had to be rescheduled several times due to the homeowners needs. Dave was quick to adapt and made the process very convenient for me. Once on the property, the process was very detailed.
