We were super impressed with David and his services. When we initially called him he was so upfront and gave us so much information. We are first time homebuyers and he has helped make this experience a little easier. We are thankful we were referred to him by 2 others. We would recommend him to anyone. He sent us an extremely organized and detailed report the same day as the inspection. He's pricing is very reasonable and well worth it! Thanks David!

Home buying is a stressful and complicated experience, but David at Wiser Property Inspections has been one of the most positive interactions I've had thus far in the home buying experience. His rates are extremely reasonable and below the competitors. He is personable, easy to work with, and was readily available to answer any of my concerns and questions. He has a very quick turn-around time on his reports (same day) and they are very thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring a home inspection.

I was referred to David Wiser by a friend who had recently used his services. From the get go, he was honest and open about how he does his work. He was very professional and I appreciated every bit of it. He got to the property earlier than he said and he went inside through the entire house and the outside and provided a very detailed inspection report with pictures. Dave did a great job. To begin, I emailed him on a Sunday and received a quick response. After the initial response, the inspection had to be rescheduled several times due to the homeowners needs. Dave was quick to adapt and made the process very convenient for me. Once on the property, the process was very detailed. Through a referral , David Wiser with Wiser Property Inspections came out to inspect a home that we are in the process purchasing. Mr. Wiser was very thorough and perform an inspection in a very professional manner. His report was very detailed with accompanying pictures. He provide a report the same day it was promised and the fees were very reasonable. We will definitely use this company again and will refer to family and friends.
