David is a highly professional, knowledgeable, experienced and thorough inspector. He handled our unusual assignment of inspecting an interior commercial lease space in a small wing of a church, constructed in the 50's, that had not been utilized in decades. Although a little late with the review, I want to thank David for the thorough inspection: it was worth every penny! The seller had to fix what would've cost me around $1,550. He was on time with inspection, very careful to not get the place dirty, detail oriented. I will call him again if need arises.
