We have used Mr. Wiser for the last three homes that we were interested in purchasing. His reports have been thorough and have saved us money on these properties. David is a highly professional, knowledgeable, experienced and thorough inspector. He handled our unusual assignment of inspecting an interior commercial lease space in a small wing of a church, constructed in the 50's, that had not been utilized in decades. He was able to thoroughly examine all the visible spaces as well as unseen areas that were challenging to access. Although a little late with the review, I want to thank David for the thorough inspection: it was worth every penny! The seller had to fix what would've cost me around $1,550. He was on time with inspection, very careful to not get the place dirty, detail oriented. I will call him again if need arises.

Wow, I was blown away by David's level of detail. I found David by searching BBB and saw he had a stellar BBB rating. In talking to him and working with him, I was floored by his level of professionalism, timeliness, clear communication, and overall integrity. You will not be disappointed. The thoroughness of his inspection process and visual and written documentation was so helpful in making sure that our family knew exactly what needs to be fixed, what the sellers should fix, and gave us overall confidence.
