David did a great job, thorough report and wisely done.

David was very thorough and did an excellent job elaborating and explaining all issues and answering questions.
David did a great inspection for us. Very thorough and a great report. I appreciate the pictures, the appropriate code/guidelines, and where it's deficit vs where it's good. He measured the foundation differences, checked the HVAC, heater, roof, plumbing, electrical. I know he spent quite a bit of time doing the inspection. We got the report that evening. I talked with him about the scheduling and during the inspection. Very nice and accommodating. Thank you!
David is the REAL home inspector!! What an amazing job he did inspecting a property that we were about to purchase. He took a great deal of time to check almost everything including the foundation, HVAC, heaters, roof, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and anything that he could get his hands on. David was an excellent inspector. I highly recommend him to everyone. He was very careful and detail through out the entire building. He covered every corner and every little thing inside and outside of the building. His left hand side rule is very efficient and great to catch every details.
