David is the REAL home inspector!! What an amazing job he did inspecting a property that we were about to purchase. He took a great deal of time to check almost everything including the foundation, HVAC, heaters, roof, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and anything that he could get his hands on. He uses technology such as a digital foundation measure and thermal view to see leaks. David was an excellent inspector. I highly recommend him to everyone. He was very careful and detail through out the entire building. He covered every corner and every little thing inside and outside of the building. His left hand side rule is very efficient and great to catch every details.
