I reached out to David ***** for a home inspection on my first house purchase and he gave me a run through of the process via a phone call, communication was excellent and the final report and house inspection was detailed and very informative with standards that every home should meet upon inspection. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a home to be inspected.

David did a great inspection for us. Very thorough and a great report. I appreciate the pictures, the appropriate code/guidelines, and where it's deficit vs where it's good. He measured the foundation differences, checked the HVAC, heater, roof, plumbing, electrical. I know he spent quite a bit of time doing the inspection. We got the report that evening. I talked with him about the scheduling and during the inspection. Very nice and accommodating. Thank you!
David is the REAL home inspector!! What an amazing job he did inspecting a property that we were about to purchase. He took a great deal of time to check almost everything including the foundation, HVAC, heaters, roof, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and anything that he could get his hands on.
