I highly recommend David, Wiser Property Inspector, to every home owner. He showed up on time as he promised. I received my report in same day. It is very detail with pictures. After the inspection, he did a follow up call and answer all my questions. Thank you David for your hard-work.

David was an excellent inspector. I highly recommend him to everyone. He was very careful and detail through out the entire building. He covered every corner and every little thing inside and outside of the building. His left hand side rule is very efficient and great to catch every details.
