MANY flaws that you don't notice until you live there The property shows well when first touring and the location is great but don't be fooled. The amenities all seem nice, but after living here for over a year, I can vouch that this property has LOTS of issues. 1. Poor management -The property has 3 elevators total with only two that go to the top floor. One of those two have been out of service roughly 10 times in the past year. Verified Renter Chris responded quickly and although it was after hours and he needed 2 people to accomplish the repair, he provided assistance. He offered me a unit which I could dry my laundry until John & he come repair the next morning. They accomplished the task quickly the next morning. Outstanding service!
Verified Renter Our move-in process was less than ideal. We weren't told anything prior to move in (where to park, where anything is located, trash, etc). I think that was lost in translation because the leasing agent seemed perplexed we did not know anything at all.
