Great apartments!! We've been living here for 3 weeks and we're very happy with our choice. We looked at all the apartments in the area and Hanover South Lamar is the best in terms of quality of the apartment and amenities. The location is also great, within walk distance of a lot of restaurants in Barton Springs road, or in South Lamar Boulevard. Great amenities. Great staff. Great location. Just moved in a few weeks ago. The staff operates like a team and is very friendly and attentive. The finish out in each apartment is comparable to others in the price range. However, the amenities trump most with two media rooms, two conference rooms, a resort style pool with fireplaces, and of course a fitness center - most of which can be reserved for free. Having lives on Rainey and South Congress, this location is a better middle ground.

Hanover South Lamar I've been living here just shy of a month and the experience has been great. The location couldn't be better and the huge dog park makes for an added bonus you won't find downtown. Since signing my lease the entire staff has been exceptionally kind to my dog and I! Jeff in particular continues to go the extra mile checking in and making sure everything is going well. Thank you Hanover staff for all that you do.

Hanover at South Lamar I have been living in the complex for about a month and so far so good. They have been quick with maintenance request and plan fun community events each month. The location is great, you can walk to a number of bars/restaurants and, best of all, Alamo Draft house. The best part is probably also the worst part. It is very secure - gated lot, have to use a key code for any floor in the elevator, ect. It's great because I feel safe and like my car wont' get broken into, but also it makes it hard for visit... read more
Keys to your heart and home So I chose Hanover South Lamar because I wanted to be close to downtown without being in the thick of things. It has the Austin vibe of young, hip, and classy. I definitely love the amenities such as pool, game room, meeting rooms, gym, dog park, movie theatre room, and wifi lounge.
