Verified Renter The apartment is nice, the maintenance crew are prompt, thorough and nice. However, trash can be left in stairwells for weeks at a time. Dog owners (and we have a dog) are apt to leave their dog's waste in the hall, in front of the elevator, behind the building etc without picking it up. Thus leaving it to the maintenance crew to clean up for them. The elevators are constantly down. Residents drive too fast exiting the resident parking area causing near collisions.

Verified Renter I've lived in Windsor South Lamar for a month now. The front desk team is amazing - they are very welcoming and helpful. The complex is really nice. It's the most communicative community I've lived in - even when things are out of commission or changing in the complex, they make sure the residents are aware. Overall, I am really happy here!
Verified Renter Why are we paying for amenities when they were not available to us? Pool was closed for extended period of time, media room has never been available, communal pool area not available to residents, garage entrance door down for extended period of time and security guards let anyone through, garbage room constantly overflowing with trash, packages in mail room constantly opened by someone else, etc.

Verified Renter Great Location and nice units. Amenities broken too often for a luxury apartment. Elevator has been broken on and off since April. Garage broken. It was such a pain to move.
