Verified Renter The location of the complex is amazing, and the aesthetic of the apartment is nice, but beyond that, I would not recommend living at Windsor South Lamar. There is no insulation in the flooring, so it constantly sounds like an elephant is stomping around above me and management has washed its hands of the issue. The pool area turns into something reminiscent of a Vegas pool party over the summer, and the noise is so bad I have to leave my apartment to get some relief from it. Verified Renter My husband and I have lived at Windsor South Lamar ever since the building first became available. It was under a different ownership at that time. Since Windsor South Lamar took over, we have seen wonderful improvements. We love all of the maintenance staff and office staff. A new and improved garage door has been installed, the dog park has been renovated (which is a plus for our four legged friend) and a new/improved coffee machine for the tenants has been added.
