Verified Renter I love living at the Windsor at South Lamar. I used to live at the AMLI Downtown and I find the staff here and the amenities to be better. I love the design, the living room, the weight room and pool area. The staff here - office and maintenance are great! I am surprised that the residents are not very friendly. The vibe at the AMLI was much more inclusive and less cliquey. I have no idea how that can be changed or improved.

Verified Renter Windsor South Lamar is Managed VERY WELL. Staff is responsive to tenants needs & service requests are completed promptly, completely & professionally. Community grounds are properly maintained. The replacement of the Garage Door to one Opens/Closes QUICKLY was a BIG Improvement!!! Suggestions: (1) Tenants need to pick-up after their Dogs in common areas, particularly on white gravel walkway around Building. Lucky to call this place home! I chose to move to Hanover for the many amenities like the pool, gym, club room and dry cleaning, as well as the great location to downtown and easy access to Mopac and 35. But I also chose Hanover for the professional, courteous staff, primarily Jeff who went above and beyond from showing the place through the application process to move in and beyond. the good life! we love living here. we have lived at the cole and the 704, which were both great for their own reasons, but this is the spot! the location is great with tons of walkable retail, dining & outdoor amenities. the building is nice and new with great finishes throughout. the clubhouse, fitness center, pool and courtyards are gorgeous and big enough for all to enjoy. the on-site staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. that's all you can ask for. the sleeper perk: this is easily the most dog-friendly property nea... read more
Hanover Sola Moved to Austin about a year ago and was shown the Hanover on my first visit down. The staff and apartments immediately sold me. I really enjoy the community and living on Sola. There are great amenities and i highly recommend living here!
Great Staff!!! I moved to Hanover South Lamar in July of 2015. The area is great, so close to a lot of fun activities. The apartments are wonderful and the property is beautiful. From the moment I toured the staff has been very helpful. They have been exceptional and professional. I would definitely recommend living here!
Hanover SoLa Just moved in last week and I could not have found a better place to live! I'm from out of the state and I did not even see the complex before moving in. One of the leasing agents, Jeff, made the transition/move so easy for me. Everything was done electronically and he was readily available whenever I needed to ask him something. Best Location and Amenities in Austin Very convenient location to some great restaurants, parks, trails, and downtown. The quality of finishes in the units is second to none in this location and price range. The staff is incredible and have gone above and beyond any expectations to accommodate my relocation to Austin from Missouri.
