Verified Renter While we are happy with our apartment, we are very frustrated with the ongoing issues throughout the complex. The elevators are constantly out of service and very slow when they are working. We are worried to have our family member with a disability visit because the elevators are out of service so often. The package room makes it very difficult to find items and is now out of service.
