Verified Renter The staff had been nice, but I moved in to this apartment site unseen based on one of the leading office staff telling me that I would not be able to hear my neighbors. Maybe I would hear the occasional book being dropped or woman in high heeled shoes. That could not be father from the case. My upstairs neighbor, only one of the two living up stairs, walks like an elephant. I swear to you Im not being dramatic. Verified Renter Maintenance is great and prompt for unit requests. Remainder of the building is in disarray, dirty and not at all maintained.
Verified Renter The apartment is nice, the maintenance crew are prompt, thorough and nice. However, trash can be left in stairwells for weeks at a time. Dog owners (and we have a dog) are apt to leave their dog's waste in the hall, in front of the elevator, behind the building etc without picking it up. Thus leaving it to the maintenance crew to clean up for them. The elevators are constantly down. Residents drive too fast exiting the resident parking area causing near collisions.
