Verified Renter I love living at Windsor! The community is always so nice to each other and the front desk is very helpful. I do wish that the pricing was more competitive because I do not think the amenities (lack of storage, faux wood floors, low counters, 48 hour response to work orders) are worthy of an above average rent.

Verified Renter Great experience overall. Thus far, rental increases have been reasonable - continuing to reward longer-term residents in the future would be appreciated. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. Amazon Hub is a major plus for me. Community appearance is maintained well.
Verified Renter It is one of the best apartment complexes in Austin with excellent maintenance and staff services. The view from my 2nd floor balcony of the large pool and palm trees makes me feel like I am on vacation in some exotic destination. The only reason I am leaving is to be nearer my family in Round Rock and to have a place where I can interact with more residents over 55.
Verified Renter The Windsor on W Parmer is very clean and well maintained. There are a lot of dogs on the property but it is still fairly quiet. Working form home is easy with minimum interruptions from daytime noise. The nights are quiet and peaceful. The service team is really good. I have not had any major issues and appreciate that fact. I like the location for driving but it is not a "walkable" area. You have to drive to all conveniences. It is close to Apple and Oracle for easy walking commute to the campuses. Overall ... read more
Verified Renter The property is always so clean, the amenities are always on point, the maintenance staff is always so professional, courteous, and always so helpful. The best I've had in 20 years of apartment living. I can't say enough about how great the staff is and how fortunate I feel to call Republic Place my home.
