Pathetic management We recently moved from a 1bhk to a 2bhk in this community, and I highly recommend not to consider this community for couple of reasons! The management charged us for absurd reasons - deordorizing treatment for the apartment, stating we had curry odour on the walls. What does that even mean! Aren’t people supposed to cook here? Verified Renter Personally, I really appreciate the maintenance team, since my stay at Windsor Republic I have never received anything but excellent service from that team.
Verified Renter Pool gates are always locked which means you have to walk around the entire perimeter to access. Because of this it’s also really hard to access the gym quickly. Really not convenient. Lots of noise from upstairs neighbors late at night from music, to vacuuming and stomping. Apartment has said they will address and let me know the outcome, at first communication was great but now I am being ghosted.
Verified Renter First couple weeks were great until I discovered the cockroach infestation in my new clean home, I was put on the “pest log” but nothing has been done so far to help fix the problem. I am devastated.
Verified Renter Maintenance staff is phenomenal. always so kind. Windsor Republic gave me the best experience for living in my first apartment. I loved that they take initiative on customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Windsor Republic to anyone in need for a place.
