Verified Renter Windsor Republic is calm and very beautiful apartment, this place excellent amenities like modern gym , big swimming pool. All the units are brand new with brand new kitchen cabinets, electrical units.

Verified Renter Its a great place to live overall with friendly staff and nice amenities with proximity to good schools. A little improvement on maintenance response and work would go a long way in making it feel even more homie.
Wonderful place to live What is not to love? Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, tons of things to do within a 10 min. drive, downtown is only 20 min. away (outside of peak traffic hours), a lot of really great restaurants on Parmer Lane, multiple gas stations and HEB's are close by! The front office and maintenance team are exceptional when it comes to customer service and timeliness to responses/work orders.
