Verified Renter I love it here at Windsor Republic. The staff is very friendly & courteous. Maintenance is reliable & quick. The community property is beautiful and the amenities/ services make living here worth-wild.
Verified Renter The apartments are very nice inside. The staff is friendly. Maintenance is exceptional. So are the amenities. The reasons I'm not very satisfied is how you can hear everything. We are constantly bothered with noise and anxious that we are bothering the people below us. I guess that's common with apartments but the walls and floors just seem extra thin here.

Verified Renter Windsor Republic Place is a great place to live. The amenities are nice and its very clean. The landscaping is maintained and the community here is family oriented. There are lots of people walking their dogs and greeting each other. Its just a very pleasant place to be.
