Verified Renter Windsor Republic Place is a great place to live. The amenities are nice and its very clean. The landscaping is maintained and the community here is family oriented. There are lots of people walking their dogs and greeting each other. Its just a very pleasant place to be.

Verified Renter Great leasing staff, along with a quiet, safe and clean property. Great amenities, and lots of bang for your buck! You can have a nice property but the staff can make or break your experience. You wont have that problem here. The staff is so friendly, kind and patient. I cant say enough about how happy I am to be here.
Verified Renter Windsor Republic Place is everything and more than I expected after I moved in earlier this year. The front office staff responds immediately to my needs and maintenace does the same. It's well located for driving north to Round Rock and south to central Austin. There's an HEB just across Parmer Lane and plenty of other service nearby. Other residents are friendly and helpful. I couldn't think of a better place to be.

Verified Renter Great place to live. Love the layout and appliances and finishes. The office staff is always friendly and professional. Package lockers are great! Any maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and efficiently. Overall have really enjoyed my time here.
